Welcome to Shri Radhika Palace – Hotel & Guest House. By making a booking or staying at our property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Booking & Reservation
    Room bookings are subject to availability.
    A valid mobile number and required guest details must be provided at the time of booking.
    Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable payment or advance amount, wherever required.
  2. Check-in & Check-out
    Check-in: 12:00 PM
    Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  3. Guest Identification
    All guests must provide valid and acceptable identification as required by applicable laws and regulations.
    The property reserves the right to refuse check-in if required identification is not provided.
  4. Room & Property Rules
    Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and take care of hotel property.
    Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest may be charged to the guest.
    Smoking and any prohibited activities are subject to applicable laws and property rules.
    Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  5. Children & Additional Guests
    Extra guests or additional bedding are subject to room capacity and availability.
    Applicable additional charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
  6. Cancellation & Refund
    Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
    Refund eligibility may vary depending on the booking terms and cancellation time.
  7. Right to Refuse Service
    Shri Radhika Palace reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service in cases of misbehavior, violation of property rules, fraudulent information, or any activity prohibited by law.
  8. Changes to Terms
    The hotel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever required. Updated terms will be published on this website.
